Material

egg 3
Low-gluten flour 60g
White sugar 50g

Practice

  1. Separate the egg white from the egg yolk

  2. Add 1/3 of the white granulated sugar to the egg yolk and break it up.

  3. Put a small portion of the remaining sugar in the egg white and beat it with a whisk

  4. Pour all the remaining white sugar into the egg white to send it.

  5. Pour the egg yolk into the beaten egg white and mix well by cutting and mixing.

  6. Sift the low powder into the above mixture

  7. Mix well by cutting and mixing

  8. Pour into a 6-inch mold and cover with plastic wrap. Steam for 30 minutes on medium heat.

  9. Take off after 5 minutes of fire

  10. Cut into small pieces

Tips

1, The egg bowl filled with egg white must be oil-free and water-free, otherwise, it will not be fired;
2, it should not be a small fire when steaming, otherwise, the cake is not soft enough;
3, can not open the lid immediately after the fire is turned off, otherwise, the cake is easily contracted by the cold.
